Cancellation policy for commercial buyers

Right of cancellation for consumers you find here

  • Returns are only accepted within 1 week of the date of purchase and only after prior agreement with Tanks Direct. The decision of acceptance is on Tanks Direct.
  • The returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice/delivery note.
  • The goods must be in perfect condition. (not soiled, no damage on threads, no clear signs of installation)
  • Unless otherwise agreed, the regular shipping fee will be deducted (for goods which were send as standard packages/parcels, non-parcels but palletizable goods and non-palletizable goods e.g. large-volume storage tanks)
  • Excluded from the cancellation are items which were manufactured and delivered individually on behalf of the customer (individual configuration of plastic tanks with HDPE Fusion Sockets (welding sleeves) or tanks with RAL colours, deviating from semi-transparent). Furthermore, articles are excluded, which are similar in form or variant, but not purchased from us.
