Shipping costs and Transit time Tanks Direkt GmbH
Our shipping costs are based on weight / dimentions / loading meters of the shipment as well as the Shipment-Zone/Postal Code of the country your order is send to. Our shipping costs include packaging and delivery costs. Depending on weight and size a shipment will be send as a package, a pallet or as a carrier shipment with estimated transit times stated below.
- Please note that weight and prices in the table below are for your first overview only.
- Some single products and final orders can not be applied to this table.
- The actuall delivery costs per piece are always shown on the product itself
- Total delivery costs per order will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart after you entering the postal code of your delivery adress before you place the order!

Shipment Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email from the respective shipping company. For parcels we use DPD and DHL. On pallets not shipped with DHL but via a carrier there is currently no tracking available. The delivery will be notified by the carrier in advance.
Pick-Up in Mönchengladbach is not possible
As we only ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands (Rotterdam), collection from our office address in Mönchengladbach in not possible under any circumstances. We therefore ask you to refrain from making such inquiries. Collection from our warehouse in Rotterdam is possible by prior arrangement. Please note, however, that the order including payment (only possible via Banktransfer or PayPal) must first be processed via Tanks Direkt. Cash payment on site is not possible. Please always contact us before you complete your order via our webshop, as we have to select a free of charge pick-up rate for you on your order and coordinate pick-up with our warehouse and you!
Shipping to Switzerland
When shipping to Switzerland, costs incurred for export and customs clearance papers are included. In some cases additional customs and import fees are to be borne by you. We have no control over these charges. Alternatively, we can deliver your order to a shipping service / parcel shop with a German delivery address near the german boarder in order to import it independently to Switzerland. Because of internal accounting reasons, a retrospective refund of German VAT to customers is unfortunately not possible.
Shipping International
Web Orders and shipping are possible to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Poland, the Czech Republic, Croatia. Please note that you must be logged in into your Business Customer Account with a valid VAT-ID in order to process a VAT-free order/delivery. Transportcosts and delivery times for international shipments per country are displayed always seperately in the shopping cart/checkout of your order.
For deliveries to other countries then displayed in the table above please let us know your contact details, desired items and the final delivery address. We will gladly make you an appropriate offer.

General information
Our plastic tanks and accessories are checked before shipping and packed safe for transport. Shipping on pallets take place on an untreated one-way pallet, so it is free of any deposit and there are no additional costs. Please dispose of unavoidable transport packaging in an environmentally friendly manner. In case of external damage, please indicate this to the deliverer.
