Incomplete, false, defect delivery and complaint

If you have received a broken product or incomplete delivery, please contact us immediately by e-mail: info@tanksdirekt.de.

The subject of the e-mail should contain the following: Complaint about order (your order number)

Please briefly describe the facts and send us pictures of the broken/wrong delivered articles. To help us with the fast and smooth handling of your complaint, please pay attention to the following by submitting your pictures:

  • In the case of tanks - complete picture of the tank, that makes it clear to us whether it is a vertical/horizontal tank and where the lid/baffles/brass connection is located on the product.
  • For accessories (brass/plastic) - here the inch size of the threads is usually indicated on the articles. If not visible, please compare the size to other delivered articles if necessary.

After the complaint has been checked, you will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail/telephone, how the complaint will be handled. Usually you will receive a return label that you can use to return the parcel to our warehouse free of charge. In this case, please ensure the package is safe for transport in order to avoid damage. (It is best to use the delivered packaging material). I some cases we will immediately send you a new article and enclose the return slip which you can use after receipt for the return.

If your delivery is clearly damaged upon receipt, please notify the shipper immediately or refuse acceptance and contact us
