Characteristics, use & applications of PE Tanks
Made from high quality plastic, our PE Tanks are robust, durable and cost effective. PE tanks are also lightweight, making them easy to transport or move and therefore versatile in use. The excellent characteristics of PE Tanks in terms of strength, rigidity and chemical resistance speak for themselves. The areas of use and specific applications are extremely diverse. Depending on the preferred shape, required volume and the often limited space available, we have different categories or series of PE Tanks in our range.

Equip our PE Tanks with individual connections for inlet and outlet
All PE Tanks are supplied without Connections. This gives you maximum flexibility in terms of the required size for an inlet - usually at the top (on the side) and an outlet - usually near the bottom (on the side). Depending on the design or series of our PE Tanks and its volume, the sizes of the connection panels for the installation of inlet and outlet will vary. You can use the technical drawings for your individual planning and installation of fittings in these connection panels of our PE Tanks. These can be found on the product page of each PE Tank under the 'Drawings and Certificates' tab.
If there is no connection panel/field defined in the technical drawing (e.g. for the 100-300 litre small, round vertical Storage Tanks), it is possible to install Push-In BSP Fittings at all flat points of the Tanks. We do not install Push-In BSP Fittings on PE Tanks, even on request, as they might be damaged during transport if they are already pre-installed.
